The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CLAYGO. A P500 fee will be charged for excessive mess or if the unit is left unusually untidy. Leaving dishes unwashed and damaged, stains or missing items will be charge. Price depends on the item.
Refrain from opening stock cabinets. A fee of P200 will be charged for any use of stock items. P1,000 fee for smoking or vaping. Respect quiet hours, 10pm-6am. Follow standard check out time, 2pm.
Take care of your belongings. We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged of your personal belongings. Light cooking is only allowed. Conserve water and energy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
