Newly furnished cabin, a TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and Discovery+, and a sofa in the living room, with playing cards available for use.

★BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS★
Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed; Cleopatra Chair that can be used as an extra bed.
Secondary Bedroom: Single-sized bed with enough space for 2 more extra beds.
Bathroom: Basic amenities such as a hot/cold shower, toilet with bidet, and a large mirror.

★ KITCHEN★
Induction stove top, with enough pots/pans for you to use during your stay. An Electric Kettle, a Rice Cooker, Microwave, and a fridge. Enough utensils such as plates, cups, and bowls for all guests.

★ ENTERTAINMENT & OUTDOOR LIVING★★
Access to the wave pool and children's beach playground, nearby convenience stores for your supplies, and laundrymats when you need them.

★ GENERAL★

The place is near the following:

1. NAIA Airports - around 30 minutes depending on the terminal
2. SM Mall of Asia - around 30 minutes from the property.
3. SM Bicutan - a 15-minute walk from the property.
4. Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) - around 30 minutes.

★IMPORTANT INFORMATION★

STRICTLY 6 PAX MAX CAPACITY ONLY.

* 6 Guests can swim at the wave pool for PHP 250 per head / per shift.

Wave Pool Schedule:
Morning shift from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon shift from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Cleaning of Pool from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
*Wave pool is closed every Monday

Pls Take note that our VRBO rates are fees for unit rental ONLY, and does
not include the swim fee of 250 pesos per guest per shift and the paid parking slot.

*Resort Rules*

The Resort Administration strictly requires all guests to be registered prior to check-in. Failure to do so will lead to refusal of entry. The following are required for submission, 24 hours before the check-in date:

A. Guest list with names and ages
B. IDs of all guests

- note: The main guest is required to leave their ID upon check-in. IDs for the other guests can be a digital copy.

Other things to note:
There is a pay parking slot for this property and should be paid in cash/Gcash upon checking in.
