Brand new studio unit with great view of the airport. Condominium is in a very safe neighborhood of Newport City, Pasay just across Airport Terminal 3. Walking distance to lots of eating places and very close to the commercial and business districts of Makati, Bonifacio Global City and Mall of Asia.

The unit can comfortably accommodate 3 persons. Free parking is available.

The unit is located very close to Manila Airport Terminals so the room would be ideal for someone with an early flight to catch.

The Space
The studio unit (31 m²) is warm & cozy, comfortable and very secured. It's overlooking airport Terminal 3, the condo building is along the main road and the closest condo to Terminal 3. Fully furnished with queen size bed, sofa bed, aircondition, kitchen, cable/smart TV and internet (using a Fiber internet connection, the fastest and reliable connection available in the area).

The neighborhood
It's a newly listed studio unit, located in a very safe neighborhood within airport area with lots of local and international restaurants. Just outside the condo building, there are laundry shop, salon and Watson's. McDonald's, coffee shops (Coffeebean, Starbucks), convenience stores (Family Mart, Lawson's, 7-eleven and a 24/7 Supermarket) all within 5 minutes walk. Local street foods and high end restaurants are just minutes walk from the unit.

Banks and money changer are also within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

The condominium is right in the heart of Resorts World Manila, an entertainment complex consisting of the Marriott Hotel, Maxims Hotel, Remington Hotel, Belmont Hotel, Newport Mall, the Newport Performing Arts Theatre, premium cinemas and a casino.

You can't go wrong with this location - shopping, dining, casino or just looking for a nice place to relax.

Getting around

5 minutes walk from NAIA Terminal 3. Guests arriving from Terminal 3 with light luggage can just take a short walk from the arrival exit towards Total Gas Station. The condo is on the left, 120m walk from the Gas station.

15-25 minutes away by taxi or shuttle bus from NAIA Terminal 1/2 (depending on traffic).

Option 1 from airport: By 24/7 free airport shuttle bus service operated by Resorts World Manila from the airport arrival area (Terminals 1, 2 and 3) to Newport City neighborhood where the condominium is located. The free airport shuttle bus service will stop at Belmont hotel which is 2 minutes walk to the condominium building.

Option 2 from airport: By taxi which takes about 15 minutes on normal traffic. Average taxi fare is Php150 or $3.

15-30 minutes by taxi or uber to Makati, Mall of Asia and Bonifacio Global City (depending on traffic).

Other things to note
What I love about this unit is it’s perfect view of the airport especially at night, looking at airplanes take-off or landing.

You can actually see the entrance doors of the Terminal 3 but you won't hear the airplane noise at all because the airplane flying, landing & take-off paths are at a different direction.
