The dimension of this unit is 73sqm including the 3sqm verandah. Spacious to accommodate a big family. Customized bed to fit a whole family with 2 kids. Extra sofa bed provided in the master bedroom to fit 2 people. The single room has a double bed to accommodate another couple. Spacious lounge area with combine dining and open plan kitchen. Well equipped kitchen for guest convenience. The laundry room is separate near the kitchen. 3 split types AC in each room including the lounge area. The verandah has a beautiful view of Makati City. Nothing you could ask for more, everything you need is provided to enjoy your holiday and to feel a homey atmosphere.
