Great room. I asked for a quite location and they set me up on the 18th floor. The design of the hotel is great. Friendly and capable staff. I even got email notifications for packages delivered for me. Prosecco ad the lobby in the afternoon, and perfect location.

Everything was wonderful. A comment for the hotel however, I wish the bed pillows were softer. They are too big and firm for a stomach steeper. Too bad the extra pillows in the room aren’t softer so guests could have a choice. But the hotel was fantastic and a perfect location for theater. We will stay there again!

Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable. Good location to Times Square if that’s the area you’re looking for. Lifts were faulty on the last day and security had to manually pick and drop everyone off to there floors. Apart from that no issues
