The heater didn't work in the first room we were given, and there was no coffee maker. The chest of drawers was completely broken in the second room we were given.

It was quiet and convient. The parking got a bit crazy during March madness time because people wouldn’t park in one spot. The hotel needs to reline the parking lot as at night the lines are very hard to see

The hotel is decent and was good for what we needed. There were some loud kids running up and down the halls when we were there, but I know that's not a normal thing. Good breakfast spread, but if you're there 30-40mins before breakfast ends most of the hot stuff is gone.

We Liked their flexibility. One night there were rowdy students we had to report. Our room had an exhaust fan that was leaking water. One of the rooms had damaged baseboard under refrigerator. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights and they were not cleaned we had to go to desk to ask for clean towels. It was a nice stay breakfast was acceptable.

Sadly, this facility just isn’t up to a par that I would recommend. It needs an upgrade. But if staying in a room with water damage, peeling caulking, thin sheets that make one question whether clean or not, and a musty smell… this must be your place.

Hello Ann, At check in there is a sign that we do not have housekeeping on weekends for stay overs, that you are welcome to inform the front desk staff if you need services. Housekeeping is provided for guests who stay over on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. We are sorry you did not have a good experience. This is not a chain but a wonderful one of a kind. Spotless room. Excellent mattress. Little problem with the door lock that they will fix. Close to K state campus.
