    Enjoy your home away from home in this cozy little bungalow. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Cozy living room with couch and chairs for lounging/watching TV. Private driveway for off street parking leading detached 1 car garage. There is an outdoor patio with seating. Great place to stay if you're in town for kids sporting events, concerts, rodeos, or traveling for business

    We have done our best to provide an initial supply of many items in the home, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, washer pods, etc. We want you to feel settled and have a great start to your stay in our home, but depending on the length of your stay you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.

This is a beautiful property that works great for a small family. The beds are comfortable and the ceiling fans are fantastic! Communication was terrific with the owner. Appliances are new and work great. While we didn’t use the back yard, it is a nice size and would be enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and about 7 minutes to the Kansas State campus, shopping, or restaurants. We hope to rent this property on the future.

Very nice, clean, newly remodeled house. Nice appliances and kitchen essentials to cook with. Host quickly responded when asked a question. Will stay again when we return to Manhattan.
