About this property

3-Story Designer Townhome by City Park

  • Three sunlit stories caddy corner from City Park, a short walk to Aggieville. A light well and sculptural open staircase run through the heart of the home, with warm wood, quartz, and boutique-hotel bedrooms above. Two kings, a queen, 2.5 baths, a dedicated workspace, and on-site parking. Cook at the island, wander to dinner, and come home to treetop views. Made for K-State game days, graduations, and long weekends with your favorite people.

This home is designed around light. A three-story light well pulls sun down through every level, and the open staircase is the first thing you’ll notice when you walk in.

The kitchen is the gathering spot. A long quartz island seats three, with custom wood cabinetry, softly lit open shelving, and everything you need for a real meal. Take your coffee at the island or at the round dining nook by the window.

The living room is made for slow evenings. Settle into the cognac leather sofa, put your feet up on the velvet ottoman, and queue up a movie on the TV, framed by custom built-in shelving.

Upstairs, the bedrooms feel like a boutique hotel: two king rooms and a queen room, each with layered bedding, sage-green accents, velvet seating, and windows looking into the treetops. The bathrooms are calm and clean, with walk-in rainfall showers, matte black fixtures, and white tile.

If you need to work, there’s a dedicated desk with a monitor. When you’re done, step out to the timber-framed balcony for fresh air and a view of the neighborhood’s historic architecture.

City Park is right across the street, and Aggieville’s restaurants, bars, and shops are a short walk away. Park on site and leave the car for the weekend.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
