It was my second stay here and we were on the ground floor this time - the upper level rooms are better for noise levels. Just a note for privacy considerations if you’re not travelling alone - the bathroom was just separated by a frosted glass partition/door."

"We did ask for twin share, so my mum n I had our own bed. However they forgot, & instead of splitting the king bed to 2 singles, they put a fold out bed in the lounge. It was rather in the way & not as private as having 2 beds in the bed room. However staff really lovely, friendly & really will in ng to help. Great stay"
