"Its was freezing cold...the bedding was so insufficient for the climate in Taranaki lots of snow on the mountain so they didn't accommodate for that...the AC rattled & warmth was at a minimum...there was no hot water the system had broken down Ibwentbto see the manager she wasnt available when we checked out...i left my number no responce as yet. So bad... I am expecting a refund of some kind but i cant reach the people so 🤔🤔"
