9.6/10 Exceptional! (64 reviews)
This was a nice hotel in a convenient location in Prague, about a half mile from the train station and within 100 yards of the Czech National Museum. Other attractions were within walking distance (but do consider taking a tram to the Castle). Desk staff are multi-lingual and helpful. Generally, front desk staff is available from about 8:30 to 6, so if you're arriving late, do contact the facility ahead of time.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

"One of the best solo weekend trips I have ever had! I stayed for 2 days (one night) and had a wonderful experience overall. "Well, let’s just say the pool was freezing. The chairs were torn up by the pool that need replaced and the air-conditioning in the room did not work which I had on 16°C and it felt like 82°F all night, which I got a sinus infection so it wasn’t very very happy about that. At least the breakfast was ..."
