Villa Franca in Punta Prosciutto

Large villa surrounded by greenery within a park, completely renovated and finely furnished, consisting of: five bedrooms (three quadruple and two triples, for a total of 18 beds), four bathrooms (three of which are inside of the bedrooms), fully equipped kitchen and double living room. The 150 sq m villa is surrounded by a garden of over 2000 sq m (with bowling alley and volleyball net), equipped with barbecue, wood oven, sink and outdoor showers with hot water. The house also includes a washing machine, three refrigerators and a cooling system with ceiling fans in all rooms. Internal parking.
The residence is less than five minutes by car from the center of Avetrana and about two minutes from the charming promenade of Torre Colimena (where there are all the necessary amenities such as mini markets, tobacconists and restaurants). Here you can take advantage of the splendid beach in the Salina dei Monaci Nature Reserve. In less than five minutes by car, it is also possible to reach the magnificent beach of Punta Prosciutto, one of the most fascinating on the Salento coast. Among the points of interest that can be easily reached by car we recommend: Porto Cesareo (about 10 minutes), San Pietro in Bevagna (about 10 minutes), Torre Lapillo (about 10 minutes), Campomarino (about 25 minutes), Gallipoli (about 40 minutes) , Lecce (about 45 minutes), Otranto (about an hour).
