• Breakage deposit: EUR 350 per stay

• Cleaning fee: EUR 135 per accommodation, per stay.
• Utility fee: EUR 20 per accommodation, per night

• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
