"I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. "The situation was good and the hotel pleasant. Staff downright rude - we asked where the bar was for pre-dinner drinks only to find they'd locked it up within 10 minutes of asking. Presumably they didn't like the thought of seven men having a drink despite the fact that all in their sixties or seventies. Poor training of staff
"I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. Another person said to walk to the bus station and take the bus which we did. It took us almost two hours to get to the hotel. When we were checking in, the phone rang several times and none of the people checking us in answered the phone. When we checked out of the hotel, we just realized that we were overcharged by 50 Euros and our bill is INCORRECT. We were charged 50 Euros for parking a car, which is a problem because we did not have a car. Thus, a credit needs to be issued on the credit card used. We already left Germany and are not returning. The correct total amount should be 25,90 Euros, not 75,90 Euros. The bill number is 1297678 . Thank you Ronald and Lena Marie Berezniak"
