Apartment completely renovated and air conditioned, scheduled for 2 to 4 people. Very bright, sunny and quiet, overlooking a huge south facing terrace with electric awning and barbecue, enjoying a panoramic view day or night, from where you can admire the lights of the Croisette and the pyrotechnic festival without any opposite.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa, the private terrace is exclusively attached to the apartment.
The upper floor, has a completely independent entrance, only the electric gate with digital code is common.
8 km from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals,
30 km from Nice, 50 km from Monaco and St Tropez.
