_Plusieurs balconies overlooking the Siagne and the private port with awning and garden furniture
_ Fitted kitchen with cupboards, crockery, induction hob and electric ovens and microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, extractor hood, iron and ironing board, crockery etc
_ 2 Large, separate and air-conditioned, silent bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and flat screen TV and the other with a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed (140 cm, 2 places) + mattress topper, cupboards and desk. Sheets and pillows available.
