We first stayed here when we came home from the USA in October 2024 for my son’s christening, and our experience then was exceptional—from the banquet service, front desk reception, and food, everything was amazing. That’s why we chose to come back again this year. We booked two rooms through Expedia and I was impressed that the hotel still feels as fresh and welcoming as ever. The lobby remains beautiful and well-maintained. What truly makes Bai Hotel stand out is the personalized frontdesk service, something you rarely experience elsewhere. The front desk manager personally welcome guests, making you feel genuinely valued. A special thank you to Venus for such heartfelt hospitality. Her service truly comes from the heart. She thoughtfully arranged rooms near the elevator for our convenience. That level of attentiveness shows what an amazing and experienced manager she is. She consistently made sure all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. I would also like to commend Freddie the bellboy, for his warm smile and kind assistance. The 20th floor rooms were excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! something my husband especially appreciated since he likes the room very cool. Also pool bar is amazing John Paul is very accommodating The food is good Thank you entire Bai Hotel team for making us feel so welcome."
