The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool. "Beautiful hotel that really lets you connect to nature. I think the level of service and luxury is a bit better at the Canggu branch but loved the spacious rooms here. Breakfast everyday was a real delight and the staff were so friendly - they especially went out of their way for my sisters birthday to make it a special occasion. My only gripe is the shower amenities - it’s a horrible smelling product. Almost like a medicinal smell. This was very off putting and should be replaced. Appreciate it’s from the Spa (which was fantastic) but this isn’t a pleasant smell. "
