"The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful serene hotel in the heart of the rainforest. Our villa had an infinity pool which was beautiful and the outdoor hotel infinity pools were also phenomenal. We couldn’t get into the spa as it was booked out but that would have been excellent too. We had an amazing time at this resort and the service was phenomenal. "

"There is no access by car to the villa, you get dropped off at a nearby carpark and the staff will come and collect you by scooter/bike. They will take you on one bike and your luggage on another. The villa is well worth this inconvenience. Any time we wanted to go out of the villa, we just needed to ask and they would drop us to the main part of Ubud. The staff are so lovely and attentive. The villa was beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious. I don’t usually leave reviews for Hotels.com but this place won my heart. "

"The resort was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great. There were several walkable restaurants nearby and a laundry as well. Only comment was that they did not resupply pool towels throughout the day so you had to go and request one. "

"The staff, setting, and services of this hotel were outstanding. The views all around the grounds and the infinity pool were amazing and so relaxing. The restaurant was beautiful as we soaked up the chill jungle vibes at the tasty breakfast buffet and extensive all day menu for dinner. They have a good shuttle to Ubud but we also enjoyed staying in our area above the hustle of town. The staff were so nice and helpful for anything we needed and the spa with flower bath was such a unique and romantic experience for me and my wife. I never write reviews, but we had such an amazing time at this magical resort!"
