"Every time I fly into Connecticut, I ALWAYS stay here! "

"Check in with Dennis was great. But the next morning the toilet was clogged. I told them at front desk and when when came back to hours later it still was not taken care of. I went into the hall and cleaning supervisor had someone there in 2 minutes. This morning I discovered large coffee stain on mattress which is to soft. "

"A recent renovation/ update was done.. I think interior designers need to stay in a room before they decorate to see what doesn’t work in their design elements."

"Cons-Breakfast should have been included for the price that I paid for the room. I was told that I would have two queen beds and the beds were full size. The bed was too soft. Pros-The front desk attendant was very friendly and quick with the check-in. The room was very clean. "

"Parts of building is under renovation currently. My room was clean. The carpet was damp. Unsure if it was due to a recent wash or humidity of building. They did not have enough cots available as they made it seem when I called a few days beforehand. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know how that was. I feel that the king bedroom price could have been 10-20$ cheaper than what I paid for. "
