The property is secluded but close enough to shops and restaurants. The deck is amazing with a jacuzzi and lounge chairs overlooking the golf course and mountains! Would definitely stay at again!
Stung by wasps in the house and ants in the kitchen
House is fine — maybe a little tired for wear, but has everything you need if you poke around enough.I would have given it 5 stars except for wasps and ants in the house. The wasp nests were in the skirt of the hot tub cover so upon opening they came out. I complained to the management — their response was the pre-stay inspection before showed no active wasp nests and ignored that I was stung in the house, that my photo showed the cracks in the door frame letting in the wasps, and that an insecticide canister in the house was present showing a history of insect (at least wasp and ant infestation).

Beautiful home close to the summer festival but management service subpar
Love the house itself which was cute, and the views as well as the proximity to the Vt Summer Festival and the town of Manchester. Unfortunately, we experienced multiple issues that the management team did not respond to sufficiently: 1) One of the 3 bathrooms was never cleaned by the cleaning staff and was found with a pile of dirty, wet towels on the floor (which I laundered) and a trash filled with used menstrual products. We checked in on Tuesday and it wasn’t until Friday that a manager offered to have it cleaned for us. 2) The digital lock would not lock and there was no way to secure the house until Friday when a regional manager came to reprogram the lock. 3) There was an active mouse infestation with mice running around and climbing the chairs in the master bedroom. I was told an exterminator would come but none did but when the regional manager came on Friday he put out some traps. Other more minor annoyances: there was no AC in the second en suite bedroom. The local manager brought fans. There were no tissues anywhere so we had to use toilet paper. I think these are all related to the management of the property and not the property itself. I really enjoyed the house but the owners should look into getting better management.
