The perfect home base for all southern Vermont has to offer! This all-season condo in the desirable Murray Hill complex was updated in 2023. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 loft sleeping area, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, an open floor plan living-dining space, and private balcony. The condo includes AC, washer-dryer, high-speed internet, smart TV’s, a central fireplace, and ample parking.
Located less than 1.5 miles from Manchester Center’s Main Street and less than 2 miles from Burr and Burton Academy and from Equinox Golf Resort and Spa, this rental is close to all the town has to offer! In the summer and fall, renters can enjoy the condo association pool, club house (with full kitchen, charcoal grill, ping pong, restrooms, showers), playground, and tennis courts. In the winter, it’s a quick drive to Bromley (10 minutes), Stratton (20 minutes), and Magic (25 minutes) Mountains.
