"Hotel was Clean. All the staff were friendly. Went for the kids to have pool time and they had a blast. Only small complaint was the towels in the pool area were not stocked ever. Other than that, great experience"

"After a stressful trip, we arrived late to the hotel and was met with lack of care and no information on what might be available to eat at that time. Other than being told to DoorDash or Uber Eats. Then their snack area for purchase was lacking and no real choices. While it has a pool, we weren’t able to use it due to time constraints. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be back to this location."

"My family & I stayed a long weekend at Hilton Logan Airport and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The housekeeping staff was incredible and helpful. The bell staff was the best I’ve ever had. Just saying the shuttle to the subway station was unbearable and saved a ton of money. And the shuttle never lets you down. The breakfast staff was great along with great food. The gym and pool outstanding. Loved the peloton. Had three children with us including an energetic 4 year old but still this hotel made our trip. It’s perfect place to stay visiting Boston especially if you are flying. Will stay here again!"
