Péssimo, faltou energia, não recomendo a ninguém

Péssimo,hotel de 100 anos atrás, café da manhã horrível, faltou energia devido à má instalação do local, tudo Velho. Qquer bordel de beira de estrada tem melhor estrutura. Não recomendo nem a meu pior inimigo.

Hotel no centro de Manaus com boas instalações

Devido a um concurso que estava sendo realizado em Manaus no mesmo fim de semana da nossa estadia, este era um dos poucos hotéis disponíveis. Mas não há do que se queixar. As instalações são boas, a cama confortável e os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos. Ainda ganhamos 2 bombons de cupuaçu de cortesia no primeiro dia.

o local e bem no centro, local bom, porém a noite é perigoso, notei que a limpeza dos quartos deixava a desejar, logo na chegada somente um jogo de toalhas e somente 1 sabonetinho, café da manhã bem simples, básico, ar condicionado do quarto não dava conta.

Pontos positivos e negativos

O hotel é confortável e com boa estrutura. O café da manhã é suficiente e com variedades, mas faltou servir mais alimentos típicos da região. O atendimento de todos da recepção poderia ser melhor e poderiam corrigir o fato da internet não funcionar no quarto 310. O hotel era limpo e o ar condicionado funcionava bem. A localização é boa mas não para quem vai precisar ir atrás de restaurantes à noite, pois são longes e tem muitos moradores de rua no caminho.

O hotel precisa se atualizar, pois o ar condicionado e velho, os móveis são antigos e com cheiro de mofo e cama e pequena para um casal.

Terrible experience

1. No shampoo, only a soap. No warm water to take a shower. Hair dryer is broken. 2. Breakfast only provides 3 kind breads, 2 kind fruits, 1 sausage, ham, cheese, coffee, orange juice, and some tea bags, that's all. 3. I arrived at 3am, and I ask the staff in the reception desk: could I check out at 6pm? The staff said ok. After the breakfast, another staff ask me to check out before 1pm. If I wanted to stay until 6 pm, she would charge the fee for another day.

Nice and central located Hotel

This hotel is very nice situated 2 minute’s walk from the theater Amazonia. I enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. The reception was always there to help and answer any questions you might have. Internet connection was good. Overall I recommend staying there.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einem aufgestellten Team begrüsst. Nach kurzer Dauer konnten wir (2 Ehepaare) die Zimmer übernehmen. Leider waren diese nicht auf der gleichen Etage, obwohl wir schon mehrere Wochen zuvor die Zimmer gebucht haben. Das war letztendlich aber kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas klein, um viel Gepäck zu verstauen. Auch das Badezimmer bietet nicht viel Platz, um das Notwendigste zu verstauen. Als Hotel vor und nach einer Amazonasreise erfüllt es auf jeden Fall seinen Zweck. Leider hat in der ersten Nacht eine Familie über unserem Zimmer gewohnt, welche zu später Stunde laufend das Bett und den Tisch verschoben haben. Für Familien ist die Zimmergrösse schon etwas klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und wird laufend ergänzt. Die Aussicht auf der kleinen Dachterasse bietet einen kleinen Überblick auf die Umgebung.

Hotel agradável no centro de Manaus.

À princípio ficamos decepcionadas e temerosas com a aparência do Hotel. Mas, ao entrar, fomos recebidas com muita simpatia pela Célia. Pessoa incrível que nos recebeu com um largo sorriso e nos colocou a vontade. Quarto limpo e amplo, chuveiro ótimo. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Recomendo e assino embaixo. Eunice, Rita e Cida.

Great place to stay for the World Cup

The hotel was nice and in a great location in the Centro. The service was excellent, buffet breakfast was good, and they maintained our room very clean. The price was almost five times the regular price because of the World Cup but this was true for every hotel everywhere. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
