Acomodação Antiga

Logo na chegada percebemos que se tratava de um hotel mais antigo. O atendimento é pouco convidativo, algumas horas antes ligamos para tirar duvidas e fomos mal atendidos, situação que se repetiu na chegada, a equipe é pouco informada e provavelmente responderá qualquer duvida com "não sei informar". O quarto (flat), estava limpo, mas com mobília antiga. A cama muito desconfortável, acredito que um investimento em colchões ajudaria o hotel. Também, o isolamento acústico é péssimo, por estar localizado em uma das avenidas mais movimentadas da cidade, o hotel peca nesse quesito. Não tomamos café da manha, mas jantamos um dia no restaurante do Hotel, comida boa.

Foi ótima ja fiquei outras vezes lá, dessa vez não foi melhor porque primeiro demoram um bom tempo para achar minha reserva no caso foi feito por site e também o restaurante não estava funcionando, no mais foi muito bom.

Funcionários simpáticos. Localização boa, muito próximo ao shopping Manauara. Prédio um pouco antigo, não é luxuoso, mas bem organizado e limpo. Quarto espaçoso, tem frigobar, a internet é boa. Café da manhã é simples, mas tudo fresquinho e gostoso. Área externa com piscina boa.. nao tem restaurante no hotel mas tem um bar que funciona ao lado que tem lanches e comida. Bom para quem procura lazer com conforto e baixo custo.

O motivo dessa avaliação é alertar a você que está a procura de um lugar tranquilo para repousar por alguns dias ou, quem sabe, temporada. Embora o hotel ofereça um excelente custo benefício em relação às instalações físicas e um belo café da manhã, sua equipe de recepção não demonstra o mínimo preparo para lidar com situações inesperadas e adversas, o que ficou claro em um simples caso fácil de ser resolvido. Demonstraram descaso e muito desrespeito em relação à minha pessoa, se agravando por eu estar na condição de hóspede. Se você está em busca de um lugar para relaxar e optar por esse local, torça para que não haja qualquer tipo de transtorno, pois, se vier a ocorrer, dormirá com o dissabor do descaso.

Não teve água.

Não recomendo. Eu reclamei por várias vezes e nunca resolviam nem retornavam. Por fim dei um ultimato, para não ter que pagar outra diária, como não solucionaram. Fiz check-out no sábado e fui para o hotel Manauense. Fui para fazer uma prova e voltei tremendamente insatisfeito.

No geral, gostei. Os quartos são grandes, ar-condicionado funcionando bem, roupa de cama bem limpa. Fiquei apenas 2 dias e foi satisfatório para o que eu pretendia. O café da manhã é bom. O restaurante não oferece muita opção para jantar ou lanchar e não tem outros locais próximos também.

Bom hotel para quem quer gastar pouco! Quarto amplo, cama grande e ar condicionado eficiente, café da manhã simples porém completo! Banheiro feio, com limo nas paredes e ferrugem no box e na janela! Serviços medianos! Piscina pequena, apenas decorariva! Academia horrível!
