Wasn't clear that the hotel was dry. Noise from neighboring rooms. Pool was closed. Friendly staff. Tidy large rooms. Disappointed as I was looking forward to sitting by the pool with a cold beverage.

I stayed in room 2419, it was frozen even the AC on Hot is not working . Both sinks in the room are blocked. Room service throw my shoes’ boxes and it was inside dressing room . Technique of the elevator is very complicated

The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are nice but noisy (I can hear the room next to me and the loud cars in the road even though I was on the 14th floor).
