Clean, modern hotel. Good location. Good value. However valets and bellboy completely ignored us. We pulled up at the front door where uniformed men standing around looked directly at us and walked off. We unloaded our suitcases ourselves and checked in. Concierge was nice and courteous during check in. We booked so we could shower and rest before departing to the airport (stayed 4 hours) and for 2 adults and 2 children we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Definitely has areas for improvement.
