Aguas de Apoyo is a beautiful property nestled at the waters edge of one of the most visited national reserves in Nicaragua. The solid well built walk out lower level style house is set up as a multi purpose facility. Family Gatherings, Anniversary Parties, Mission Retreats, Weddings, or just simply a private getaway are all ways that you our guests have enjoyed our property. The top floor has a large master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom / shower. Glass sliding patio doors open to the amazing view of the lake from the balcony. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk, closet, and large windows with a view of the reserve. A third bedroom has two single beds, walk in closet, and also a view of the reserve. Bedroom two and three share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have high efficiency split A/C units with remote. The sitting room faces the lake and often has a refreshing breeze enter through the open patio doors. Beautiful balcony with glass railing system affords safety without compromising the view of the Lake. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen, authentic nicaraguan dining room table and a pretty impressive view of the lake. The walk out lower level has been designed as a complete living area. Full kitchen and 8 chair dining room table, 4' chest freezer for your convince. The master bedroom has a queen bed, full closet, ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom also has a queen bedroom set, and walk in closet. The third bedroom on the lower level has two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom also has a queen bed. The second, third and forth bedrooms on the lower level share a bathroom. All bedrooms have high efficiency split A/C with remote.

The grounds are spacious, the flower gardens are well kept, and the large rancho is a perfect place to relax and recharge. The pristine waters of Apoyo are clean, warm, and incredibly amazing. Aguas de Apoyo also has Kayaks, Trampoline, Hammocks, Lawn chairs, outdoor patio table, BBQ, and an infinity pool just steps from the walk out lower level!
