This charming Mallorcan finca is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday near the sea. Just a few minutes’ walk from beautiful beaches and the famous Caves of Drach, it offers an ideal location for those who want to relax without giving up having everything close at hand.

The large 3,500 m² garden surrounds the house and turns the outdoor area into the true heart of the property:

unwind on the sun loungers under the trees, take a refreshing dip in the private 5.5 x 5.5 m pool (with child-safe access) and enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors thanks to the barbecue area, perfect for family meals and dinners.

Inside, the ground floor features three bright bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cosy living area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, a spacious private suite awaits you, with its own lounge, bathroom and a terrace ideal for disconnecting.

With capacity for 6 adults and 2 children, this finca combines comfort, privacy and the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

A place designed to rest, enjoy the sun and create unforgettable memories by the pool or around the barbecue.
