The 2-storey property with a mountain view consists of a living room, a dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an additional living/dining room, 6 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the house boasts a beautiful, private outdoor area with a balcony, a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Relax under the Spanish sun on the comfortable sun loungers or lose yourself in a good book on the hammock. In 7 minutes by car you will reach the centre of Manacor where you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Porto Cristo is a 15-minute drive from the house where you can spend the day at the beautiful beach or visit the famous caves Cuevas del Drach.

Excellent villa, fantastic stay. Hopefully we can come back

We spent 6 wonderful days at the villa, enjoying the comfort, tranquility, swimming pool and the rest of the facilities. The host was brilliant, showed us round on check in and helped with recommendations in the local area. The villa was very clean on arrival. The pool and covered terrace were an excellent place to spend time with friends, with amazing views all around.

Altes renoviertes Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowellenherd, Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlschrank, ausreichend Gläser, Besteck, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen, ...). Die überdachte Terrasse befindet sich auf der Nordseite des Hauses und ist ideal um der drückenden Sommerhitze beim Essen zu entfliehen. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt, zwei Grillgeräte (Holz) stehen zur Verfügung und der Pool ist sauber. Auf der Weide neben dem Haus stehen die Esel und Pferde der Besitzer, was unseren Kindern sehr gefallen hat, weil sie zahm sind und sich streicheln lassen. Des weiteren waren die Besitzer immer erreichbar für uns und halfen uns bei Fragen und Anliegen sofort weiter. Trotz der beiden negativen Punkte, können wir dieses Anwesen absolut weiterempfehlen. Cons: Die Extra-Gebühr von 15€ pro Tag für ein Babybett finden wir übertrieben, da der Grundpreis bereits ziemlich hoch ist. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig.
