The beautiful property of Villa Arbor, which welcomes its guests in a natural and well-kept ambience, can be reached via a quaint country road. Mediterranean vegetation and extensive terraces characterise the outdoor area and immediately convey a feeling of cosiness and relaxation. The open and covered terrace areas are furnished with inviting furniture for relaxing or dining. When the weather is fine, you can easily dine outside at any time of day and enjoy the fantastic view into the distance at breakfast. The huge, 11-metre-long pool varies in depth between 0.3 and 1.8 metres. Here you can soak up the sun all day long on the modern sun loungers. This outdoor area also offers a great view of the island's interior. On the lawn next to the pool there are trees that provide shade and invite you to relax while you benefit from a pleasant breeze. The carport has been uniquely converted into an outdoor kitchen with a coal oven. Here you can celebrate evening barbecues and enjoy delicious regional products in a convivial atmosphere. The nearest road is just Villenweg, which leads to another neighbour. If someone walks along this road, a noise can be heard. Apart from that, however, there is a complete feeling of peace and quiet here.







The interior of the house on the ground floor has a cheerful and elegant style. Light-coloured walls and terracotta tiles create a harmonious setting for the cosy furnishings, lighting and decoration. The four bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the right-hand half of the house, to the left of the entrance is a spacious living/dining room and a separate kitchen with dining table. At the front of the house is the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The sofa area has two extremely comfortable sofas that invite you to relax. On cool evenings, you can create additional cosiness with the help of an open fire. The TV with satellite reception provides entertainment when required. The round brick arches create a cosy, individual atmosphere. You can dine together indoors at the dining table next door. The kitchen is conveniently located right next to it, so you don't have to walk long distances with your food. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle, an espresso machine and a filter coffee machine. The four bedrooms are cosily designed. Unnecessary decorations have been deliberately omitted so that these rooms have a relaxing effect. You will find restful sleep in comfortable beds, two of which are 1.50 x 1.90 metres and the other two are 2.00 x 2.00 metres. Mosquito nets are available and can be used if required. The two bathrooms with natural light are spacious and each equipped with a shower or bathtub. An iron/ironing board and hairdryer are available on site.



The centre of Manacor is only 5 minutes away by car. Every Monday there is a weekly market where you can buy fresh local produce. Some of the nearby beaches are real insider tips and are free from development. Porto Cristo is around 14 km away. There you will find a beautiful beach with shallow access to the sea. There is also an attractive promenade here. After an eventful day full of activities, you can return to the wonderful idyll of your Villa Arbor and round off the day as you wish.



The very idyllic Villa Arbor is located in the beautiful east of the island, just 3 kilometres north of Manacor. Both there and in Sant Lllorenc (9 km away) you will find great shopping facilities. A very well-kept and rustic atmosphere characterises this property, as well as the wonderful distant views that can be enjoyed here. One of the nearest beautiful beaches is Cala Varques, which is around 15 km away.
