Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervollen Familienurlaub mit der gesamten Familie. Die Finca und das Außengelände haben uns bereits bei Ankunft sprachlos gemacht. Es ist genug Platz für alle, man kann sich auch wunderbar mal aus dem Weg gehen, wenn man es möchte. Der Außengrill und Pizzaofen standen hoch im Kurs. Die Kontaktaufnahme bei Problemen war immer schnell und kompetent. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir einige Mängel, die wir auch melden mussten. Angefangen vom fehlenden Wasser, warmen Wasser, defekter Klimaanlage und schrecklicher Spülmaschine. Alles wurde aber im Laufe der Zeit behoben bzw verbessert. Es fehlen einige Küchenutensilien, die man bei 10 Leuten definitiv braucht oder mehr braucht. Eine große Pfanne ist bei der Anzahl an Gästen zu wenig. Natürlich ist der Standard nicht der selbe wie zu Hause, aber dennoch müsste mal vorher geguckt werden, was noch da ist, ob alles reibungslos funktioniert etc.
