Schönes Haus und tolle Lage
Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben. Man fühlt sich beim reinkommen direkt wohl. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ins Grüne ist sehr schön.
Alles ist da, was man braucht.
Die Kommunikation mit Jordi war klasse und bei Fragen unsererseits gab es immer schnell Antworten. Wir hatten leider ein paar Probleme (die nichts mit dem Haus oder der Buchung zu tun hatten). Auch dabei wurde uns sofort Hilfe angeboten.
Ja, der Hinweis mit den inbegriffenen Stromkosten sollte vielleicht schon vorher ersichtlich sein. Aber bei den aktuellen Preisen ist das völlig ok so, etwas zu sensibilisieren.
Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Mückengitter anstatt an den Holzrolläden vielleicht eher in den Fensterrahmen anzubringen. Das ist deutlich dichter und würde die Mücken besser abhalten.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Objekt. Besonders gut hat uns der traumhafte Garten gefallen. Gerne hätten wir 4 1/2 Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung vergeben.
Folgendes ist uns jedoch leider negativ aufgefallen:
- Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist ausschließlich (!) über den separaten Eingang begehbar. Es gibt keine Verbindung zu den anderen Räumen, sodass man um das Haus herum und durch einen Teil des Gartens gehen muss.
- Erst nach vollständiger Entrichtung des Gesamtbetrages wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass zusätzliche Kosten für Strom anfallen können, da lediglich 50 kWh pro Woche im Preis inkludiert sind. Der darüber hinausgehende Verbrauch wird mit 0,30 € pro kWh berechnet. Der Zählerstand ist jedoch nicht selbst ablesbar und wurde bei Anreise auch nicht mitgeteilt.

Schönes Haus im Grünen
Schönes Haus mitten im Grünen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar genau wie Restaurants und ein Supermarkt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung
Der Kontakt vor der Reise war wirklich sehr gut.
Vor der Anreise haben eine auch eine hilfreiche Anfahrtsbeschreibung erhalten.
Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen sehr ruhigen Ort. Eine Bucht ist in gemütlichen 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein gutes preiswertes Restaurant in 2 Gehminuten. Ein kleiner Spar ist daneben gelegen.
Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt an Ausstattung. Geschirr, Besteck, Schüsseln, Töpfe usw. Sogar eine gute Auswahl an Gewürzen und Öl, Essig. Also alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Waschmaschine und das Bügeleisen haben uns gute Dienste geleistet.
Auch im Bad gab es alles für Notfälle. Auch genügend Toilettenpapier.
Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer im Haus und eines mit einem externen Zugang im Untergeschoss. Dieses Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, dashalb muss man mit offener Tür schlafen. Da das Insektenschutzgitter nicht dicht ist, war wegen der Stechmücken und der Hitze an guten Schlaf nicht zu denken. Leider ein sehr großes Manko.
Die anderen Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer haben Klimaanlagen.
Am besten hat uns die Terrasse gefallen. Schön groß und gemütlich.
Bis auf das eine Schlafzimmer hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden uns freuen wieder kommen zu dürfen. Wir empfehlen trotzdem eine Klima im dritten Schlafzimmer nachzurüsten.

Super holiday house
Spotlessly clean, very quiet neighborhood, Cala Murada beach is nice, and in walking distance from the house. 2 bedrooms in the first floor with a living room and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air conditions in every room, very comfortable beds, an additional little apartment in the ground flour with separate entrance. The house is well equipped, there is everything that you need ( also diaper for the kids, wet towel, dishwashing tablets, spices, extra mosquito repellent and some snacks for you gratis). You need to bring only your swimsuits;) There is a huge terrace. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. (Even nicer than in the pictures;) Jordi is very helpful. Reply to our emails within few minutes every time during the holiday, replacing the broken umbrellas immediately, order a chocolate cake for our daughter’s birthday in the local shop. So everything is super with this house. Recommend very much.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt, die Abwicklungen haben wunderbar funktioniert.
Einige kleine Einschränkungen gab es für uns mit der Küchenhygiene, das Geschirr war trotz Spülmaschine zu großen Teilen nicht sauber. In den Küchenschränken befinden sich viele angebrochene Lebensmittel, von denen man leider nicht weiß, wie alt sie sind...sicherlich ist das nicht nur in diesem Haus der Fall. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung
Wir haben mit 6 Personen in einem sehr schönen Haus verlebt, dass viel Annehmlichkeiten geboten hat. 3 Zimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer das wir wenig benötigt haben, weil das Leben auf der überdachten Terrasse stattgefunden hat. Große Küche, Spül- und Waschmaschine, ruhig gelegen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem schönen Strand am Meer. Mehrere Lokale fußläufig zu erreichen. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
