Very clean, quiet, and convenient. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally friendly!

We loved our stay at Hilton. It was definitely top notch accommodations. The city view is definitely worth the extra cost. The room was spacious and cozy and the bathroom was large with plenty of storage. The only unexpected charges I didn't like were the $300 security deposit which I'm assuming is $100/night. Most hotels are only $100 for your entire stay. Also they inform you of a "credit" for their restaurant, but don't inform you that you're getting charged whether you use this "credit" or not. The menu items were pricier than we would have expected to pay so we opted not to visit the restaurant at all. If I had known this credit was an actual charge then we would have at least made the cost worth it. The staff was super friendly and other than the constant maintenance on the middle elevator we really enjoyed our stay!

A block away from Times Square is convenient. However the elevators in this building are horrible. You have to choose from a block of floors on a screen then the screen will tell you what elevator to go to. Often by the time you get to that elevator, the door is closing or closed. Other times you wait for three to four minutes for it to never arrive. You go to the screen again and it tells you to go to a whole new elevator. A group of us waited 14 minutes on the 23rd floor trying to get down for breakfast. The computer told us two different elevators that never came. Breakfast was just okay. On my last day they had no juice. They said the machine was making it warm. You would think a back up plan would be to buy cartons of juice and put them on ice. The management clearly doesn't have any contingency plans in place. The water was completely empty. There were 6 coffee pots and all were empty. A manager was walking around but not paying attention to any of this. So when you see Hilton touting "breakfast included" just know it's not gonna be great.

Me and my husband were celebrating our anniversary away from the kids and this hotel was perfect it has a kitchenette I cooked the first night but honestly there is so many restaurants around that we ate out most of the time. The room was clean the hotel was quiet and service was good. The only con was that in the same street there is a few major hotels and one that looked like a shelter so the street always haves movement outside but for the most part I felt very safe and I loved that we were so close to timesquare. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, staff so friendly and helpful, ideally located for all attractions and right near Time Square, we stayed for a week and would definetly recommend The Hard Rock Hotel.
