Great stay with 5 other families, while skiing at Titus Mountain. Kids enjoyed the pool, the breakfast, and we really appreciated that the staff let us use the conference room each evening to play board games with our large group. Would return!

Clean hotel, freindly employees, quite comfortable rooms. Clean bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast was also good quality and variety.

At check in I was notified that the hotel was overbooked for my room type. The front desk staff went above and beyond to get me a room that was comparable if not better than my original reservation. Hotel is clean, room is nice. Pool and hot tub area is quite large and very nice. Also has nice variety of complimentary breakfast items.

Great staff

The staff here was extremely helpful there was a woman Working the front desk both when I checked in and I checked out she was blonde and pregnant I asked for her name I totally forgot it but she was so sweet and just absolutely helpful beyond belief I could not have asked for a kinder human being she made my stay extremely comfortable

Spacious rooms and good location.

I heard this is the best accomodation in Malone. Spacious rooms. There is a microwave in the room but no utensils or tableware. I wish they use proper utensils/tableware and not those disposable cups. I threw out so many disposable tableware during my stay. Housekeeping don't really vacuum your room when they come to do housekeeping. I'm not sure if they even change your sheets or they just pack them neatly. They definitely don't vacuum. Feels a bit old but still a decent Inn. Reception and breakfast service if fantastic. Hot breakfast limited and doesn't change much daily.

Second year staying there, and rooms are very damp and musty smelling. The carpets have lots of moisture in them. Lady that checked us in was very excellent and had a great attitude and most helpful when we asked for extra towels. Location is very convenient . We could walk to the pub next door for food and beverages.

It was OK but sad. Everything is beige, it is depressing even is everything is ok speaking of cleanliness, space, etc.

Room not ready at check in

Room was not ready at 3pm. Staff told us our room was not ready and being cleaned. Next people in line were told the same thing — they complained and mentioned they were there for a wedding and then immediately were given a clean room.
