"Our host was absolutely incredible. Our flights got delayed on the way down, which was going to have us missing out on a day of our vacation, but she happily extended it on the other end at no additional charge. Exceptional service and very kind."

"Pool filter was not working the entire time we were there and it was filled with debris and dead bugs. I feel management knew because the last man who came out to service (we messaged every day) admitted to us that is was not working on purpose because the skimmers were leaking and needed to be repaired. There were two homes on either side of this house that were under construction from 7:00 am until at least 3:00 pm every day. You could not even sit on the patio the noise was so intolerable. If you wanted to swim, well then swim with the dead bugs which were floating on the entire surface. The landscapers came for 5 hours one of the days and blew more stuff into the pool. You definitely didn't want to be sitting outside that day. None of these very significant happenings which made our trip a nightmare were disclosed before we stayed there. Oh, and if that's not enough, you will carry your wet, rinsed dishes from the kitchen sink into the laundry room which is where the dishwasher is. I messaged Casiola every day and was just given the same response "we have passed your concerns on to the team and are working on it and will follow up soon". What a joke, we checked out on Saturday and got a "have a safe trip home"."

"We absolutely adored this gorgeous property with a perfect location and stunning views. After a simple check-in process, the light and bright entryway welcomed us to this serene retreat with a fully equipped kitchen, ample beach equipment (coolers, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, and more!), and relaxing private pool with surrounding patio and plenty of loungewear and shade. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. In our case, for our smaller group, we enjoyed the extra space, but a larger group with multiple couples and/or family members would also have plenty of private spaces. The unit’s location is a mere 1-minute walk to Boca Catalina beach and its surrounding snorkeling coves making for an easy and gorgeous walk to view the sunset from the beach every night. A quick drive or walk just a bit north, takes you to the stunning Arashi beach, which provides an entirely different but just as wonderful beach experience. The unit is a quick drive away from a major grocery store and lots of restaurants, but it’s just far enough removed from the high rise hotels to create a peaceful retreat in a beautiful area. We had no issues arise during our stay, however our host Emily was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for the perfect blend of beach access, peaceful relaxation, proximity to adventure/amenities, and a stunning place to call “home” while visiting Aruba. "

"The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work, but once we opened the windows at night it was fabulous. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, but did the job- just took much longer.Overall the place was fine as we weren’t really there much other than to sleep and shower."

"Place was fabulous! Enjoyed the accommodations very much as each room was very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely appointed and the back yard area was so relaxing! The pool was wonderful and we spent many hours in it or on the back patio enjoying ourselves. Home is located close to so many great beaches, easy access to the Highrise hotel atea that is filled with and a bounty of restaurants to choose from. Leigh and Judy were wonderful hosts and responded to any questions we had very quickly! They offered many suggestions on places they enjoy to eat at and we tried several with great success! We loved our stay and hope to return often. Aruba Haven is a fantastic place, thanks for sharing your lovely home!"

"My two grandchildren (32 &34) and my son stayed in this lovely place. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. A big plus for it. The whole place was clean and very comfortable. It was very close to the beach. We often when to the beach for a while, then back to the place to play in the private pool. We had a very good view of the sea. Our host was good to work with before and while we were there. A perfect vacation. We loved it "
