Hotel THB El Cid - Adults Only

"The staff were wonderful at this hotel. Beatrix was the first person we met as we checked in - she was so helpful and welcoming, and this continued with all staff throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was great! We can wholeheartedly recommend nearby Sardinia, L’Artista and restaurant Skipper for food, though if the breakfast at the hotel is anything to go by, the food at the hotel was fabulous too! The room was spacious and clean. We had a partial sea view which was lovely. There are 2 pools and both are large, clean and surrounded by many sun loungers. They provide pool towels, which you can change daily. Would totally recommend and would stay again. Thank you!"

"Wow! One of the best hotels I have stayed with in Europe! Great staff and great location a few minutes from the beach. 40 minutes by bus to the airport and central Palma. This hotel caters to German tourists but is ok for anyone. Also some Spaniards staying here and people from all over the world. I don’t usually visit tourist areas but I came for the total solar eclipse and it was awesome. I had a package deal with flights to and from Bristol UK and 3 nights at this hotel for an amazing price. Excellent value and I highly recommend."
Grupotel Cala Marsal Natura Hotel

"Breakfast and dinner offer a variety of options. There’s a nice indoor and two outdoor swimming pools. A jacuzzi sauna steam room and cold plunge/jacuzzi shape are also available. The steakhouse is okay. The staff seemed unmotivated or there were language issues. However, management worked well and find a solution if there is a problem. The room was clean and modern. Hotel Parking( closest one) is usually full but other is only a short walk away. (2-5min max)"

"This hotel is amazing. The room is beautiful, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the proximity to the beach is excellent, and the food is delicious. Our room has a “partial ocean view”, but the view is incredible. I would stay here again."

"The hotelseems to have undergone renovation as the whole decor looks very new and fresh. It is very tasteful. The room itself is on the smaller side but also functional and bathrooms are brilliant. Air conditioning unit are news and easy to operate. The food is good - we had half board and werr ok with the choice availsble. If you are wegetarian options are quite limited and the wedgie corner will likely not have any protein options as an example it had only cooked weg yesterday. One big minus is the housekeeping never changed used glasses just left the dirty ones in the room for 4 days. We also never got coffee refills."

"A great hotel for a stay in Palma - a 10 mins walk to the centre. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The facilities are modest but a great addition, a pool on the roof and a gym and suana/ spa in the basement. There is parking here too. The breakfast was great, fresh and wide choice and the restaurent was well regarded - but we did not use it. The staff were ll lovely and and very helpful. Would stay again"
