"A decent enough hotel though not exceptional: PROs Room simple but clean and well maintained Great gym, L nice pool and spa area, great massage therapies Pool area easy to get a lounger, two pools/areas to choose from Decent pool bar with friendly staff Good location in a pleasant residential neighborhood - away from the bustle of the city but very easy to get to it. A couple of good neighbourhood restaurants if you don’t fancy venturing far CONs Rather soulless - common parts clean and modern but not terribly luxurious or make you want to chill in them. Buffet breakfast poor - a range of choices but relatively limited and not good value for money One rather grumpy receptionist, the others very friendly and helpful In hindsight, the hotel falls between two stools - not a buzzy boutique hotel nor a fully-featured resort hotel. Somewhere in the middle. Which is fine but be aware. I probably overpaid for my room hence the slight disappointment - this is a good 100-150 a night option IMO - research alternatives before paying more than that."
Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

"We recently stayed at Inturotel Cala Esmeralda for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The highlights were definitely the beautiful pool areas, the stunning views, and the hotel's location directly across from the beach. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops without needing to drive. Parking was easy, which was a huge bonus, and the spa was a lovely place to unwind. The breakfast offered an impressive variety of options, and we appreciated having so many choices each morning. We were also pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with cava to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel special. A few minor drawbacks: we found the beds quite firm for our liking, and the coffee tended to be a bit acidic. While the breakfast selection was extensive, some of the hot items could have benefited from a little more seasoning and flavour. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Inturotel Cala Esmeralda to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cala d'Or."

"Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour proche de Palma. Le rapport qualité prix est très raisonnable. Le personnel est très agréable et l’hôtel en lui même est très beau. Le brunch le matin est assez diversifié tous les jours ce qui est agréable. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel ! Par contre il est quasi nécessaire de louer une voiture dans ce coin là puisque l’emplacement n’est pas très dynamique."

"I recently stayed at Grupotel Marítimo in Mallorca. While there are some strong positives, the drawbacks significantly affected my overall experience. Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Cons: Sound insulation between rooms is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. The hotel allows smoking, and cigarette smoke regularly drifts into rooms from nearby balconies. This was a major inconvenience and made the room uncomfortable at times. Overall: Grupotel Marítimo offers great service, a convenient location, and a fantastic breakfast, but improvements in soundproofing and stricter controls around smoking would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"This property was amazing! The hotel was clean and more than what we were expecting! The staff were friendly and helpful! The amenities and food were great! There was parking on site for our car and super close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again 100%"

"Family holiday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca, quick friendly check-in. and a room with a view of Palmanova bay. Food was very good with a wide variety at both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff who went the extra mile to satisfy customers."
