The hotel has a superb location with stunning views of sea and coast line from room. Access to sea from a ladder is a great bonus.

The all inclusive meal option was well worth the money. Huge selection, fresh, well prepared, quickly restocked, and tasty. Lots of ways to eat vegan or vegetarian and stay healthy. Not bad for the beer and wine options too.

The hotel room had a fabulous view and a large room and good balcony. The room had not been dusted for a while, and the tv needed to be tuned in. Very small bathroom. The food was ok, check in was challenging. Excellent location.

very nice hotel with restaurant and bar. Also near a lot of other restaurants. It's right on the water but you need a car to get to the nice beaches. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. Had the evening buffet one night and it was very good! The rooms were air conditioned (thank God!) but the common areas weren't. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Good hotel
Everything was excellent apart from the lifts which take a very long time to come. They only have 2 small lifts to service 10 floors. During our 4 days there were 3 power cuts where water was off lifts not working and no air con. This lasted for a couple of hours each time and walking up/down to 10th floor in hot conditions was awful. Otherwise pool fantastic food food and view’s incredible

The hotel is clean and professionally run. The bed sucked as did the pillows. There wasn't enough space for my cloths.The shower was to small and always left a mess of water on the floor. And the walls are paper thin. The property is well placed, and nice extras, big pool, tennis court bar and game room. No laundry service, or room service though. So I guess you get what you pay for.

It’s a pleasant enough hotel. The rooms and the food are basic but acceptable. The location is great for a slightly quieter town and very good for es trenc beach and others.

Views are awesome
Great location for anyone who wants to swim in the sea with easy access using a ladder on the rocks. Good breakfast buffet with an extensive choice served from 8 to 10.30am. Drinks were reasonably priced in the bar. All rooms have a balcony with a sea view. Enjoyed my stay a lot.

Good location and the staff at the reception were amazing, but big but I had £110 cash taken from my wallet from my room, sadly I only found out when I was in my way to the airport because I didn’t use £ and I was using my € wallet I contacted the hotel to let them know but no one contacted me back, sad because I did enemy stay, but this why you should not charge guest for using the safe box, it doesn’t cost the hotel anything

3 night BB-positive experience of hotel and resort
Arrived for 3 nights at the end of a storm first night - location provide spectacular view of the sea and spray. Hotel was as described - excellent friendly and knowledgable reception. The breakfast was one of the best buffets I have had anywhere in Spain. Room comfortable but not very private - we could hear everything from adjoining rooms. Great location - plenty small bars and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk - definitely worth a walk to the beaches on rather side of the hotel - in gave quite spectacular. Around 35 trip from airport made it a good location. Will return to the town and would consider staying here again.

Average hotel for the price
Mixed feelings thought i paid a fair price for this place. Hotel quite dated and extremely small room. Asked many times before and during the booking to add a mattress topper to turn the two single beds into a double. Electrics cut out 5 times on the first night. Very good spread for breakfast. All staff seemed extremely motivated and hard working. Not happy had to pay each day to use the safe but I’m seeing this is a trend in these parts

Decent Hotel, Great Pool
Just stayed here for nine nights. Good breakfast, great pool. Rooms are smallish, and the walls are a bit thin. Sea on three sides, so every balcony has a view. Our beds had memory foam mattresses which I found very hot. Nice to have a fridge, and great to have recycling bins on every floor. Staff pleasant. You can walk anywhere in the town from here, including to several nice beaches. Car park not big enough but street parking was pretty easy to find. Would stay again.

Quiet hotel with access to sea
Stayed 4 nights half board in July. We liked the fact that the area and hotel was not very touristy or commercialised as other resorts on the island. The food and entertainment were as expected from this type of hotel and sufficient for our needs. Access to the sea was handy, being steps close by the hotel. The Es Trenc beach, a lovely long beach, is within an easy drive, as are other places to visit. The proximity to the town was also handy.

Booked hotel and not sure where we were going, as we just wanted to be close to Es Trenc beach. Pleasantly surprised by location of hotel, which was perfect for a stroll to Es Trenc or the Port of Colonia San Jordi. A walkway goes both ways, which follows the coast. The hotel was slightly dated, although all the facilities were there it would be stunning with updated rooms and bar area. We had a room on the top floor (10) which gave us great views both ways and out to sea.

You get what you pay for
Firstly, you have to bare in mind that you’re getting what you pay for. It’s a nice hotel but not what you think of when you see 4*. Staff are great! Rooms are basic which was fine for us. Shower is great! The biggest drawback was how thin the walls are. We could hear everything along the corridors and the rooms either side so we didn’t sleep well at all. Beds are hard so if you like them firm you’ll be fine. The location isn’t too bad - a 10min walk to some nice beaches and restaurants. The decor of the hotel could do with some updating and their entertainment was enjoyed a lot by the elderly guests staying there. Get there early for buffets. Food was good but replenished less towards the end of service as you’d expect so the last half an hour isn’t great. We had an all inclusive stay - definitely worth it even if the drinks were limited. We had everything we wanted on the list. Overall it’s ok. We probably won’t stay there again due to the noise in particular but if you’re looking for somewhere basic with a nice pool (not heated) then you will be happy here.

Fantastic location and a morning swim in the sea.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is a quaint hotel much nicer feel than big modern hotels. It is wonderfully clean, food nice, lovely to see the sun setting over the sea nightly. If you are a swimmer as my partner is, there is a fantastic swim across the bay.

The hotel has really great views also, when we got there they could not find our booking. However the staff were very helpful and gave us a complementary drink while they sorted the issue. They sorted it quickly and efficiently.

Pleasant stay in a relaxing hotel
We were there for a few days and had relaxing getaway. There's not much to do around maybe as its off season but this is what we wanted. I would say renting a car is a good shout if you want to to explore Majorca as it can be very cheap!

Very nice hotel in great location
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. It's right on the coast and a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. It's also close to other beautiful places if you have a car. Our room was nice, clean and had a great view of the pool and sea. It was just a little dated. The restaurant offered nice selection of meals and then there was also parking available in front of the hotel. I would like to thank all the staff who were very friendly, helpful and professional. The only down side was a poor Wi-Fi, but beside that I recommend this hotel for sure.

A 3 star hotel.
Location is good, breakfast buffet was decent and staff was very friendly. However, the bathroom towels, shampoo, soap and garbage bin were not changed daily and the room was always dusty. These are basic things I expect when paying a 4 star hotel.

Lovely location for a peaceful holiday
The hotel is in a lovely quiet location away from town centre. Great views from all the rooms - especially if you are on the top floors. It is great to be able to choose a swim in the pool or the sea. Plenty of sun loungers on pool side. Very relaxing atmosphere by the pool. Food quality was good value for money - especially breakfast. The cafe across the road served great cocktails but they were very expensive. The rooms are very clean and the fridge was very useful. Room was very small for three of us - but beds were comfy. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Evening entertainment was a little disappointing - but we still enjoyed. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. We went half board and ate out on many evenings - choosing lunch at the hotel on those days.

Ok budget hotel, used as a base only
we booked the hotel last minute for a cheap 6 night getaway. We just used the hotel as a base as other than the great views found the hotel to be a bit dated and the pool wasn't great for young kids.

Just not 4*
Advertised as 4* this hotel just about makes it to 3*. Staff are in short supply and the receptionist denied their was a bike store for hire bikes and had to wait for the manager to confirm there was one. Rooms are Ok but we booked a room for 3 and there was barely room to move. Safe Charges are high and the pool is not heated Overall it is just not a great hotel
