On the outskirts of the town of Arta, the holiday home Ses Eres is located in the middle of the picturesque mountain landscape of Mallorca. It is built in the classic Majorcan style and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a TV with a DVD player, games, a washing machine and a high chair for children. The spacious private outdoor area includes a garden, a table tennis table and a pool. Here you can relax with a cocktail on a deck chair and enjoy the view. A covered terrace with a barbecue, a furnished balcony and an open terrace also belong to the holiday home. The nearest beach is about 13.4 km away and can be reached by car in 17 minutes. A visit to this medieval town to stroll through the narrow streets or to visit the castle complex is definitely worthwhile. The nature reserve Parc natural de la península de Llevant, which can be explored on numerous hiking trails, is also only a 20-minute drive away.

Pros: Die Finca hat einen riesigen Pool und einen tollen Garten. Sehr ruhig und abgeschieden gelegen. Tolle Ausstattung. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Cons: Keine Klimaanlage.

Super ruhige Lage, wunderschöner Ausblick

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Finka ist schön eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist sehr abgelegen, daher ist es dort schön ruhig, man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick den man von der Terrasse oder dem Balkon genießen kann.
