Amazing hotel! Everything is just perfect. The facilities are wonderful, everything is accessible: private beach, pool, spa access.. absolutely perfect. The staff are extremely friendly itā€™s insane, from room service, lobby, valet, everyone is constantly trying to help.

Service was excellent. Marian was exceptional helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Room was very nice and restaurants were also very good. Could have had some adult entertainment other than a piano and violin player. The only negative was that the only way to access the pool area was to walk down two flights of stairs. As my wife is somewhat handicapped it was a once a day trip to the pool.

Beautiful Hotel!
It was amazing!! From the moment we stepped in the service was incredible. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially those on the reception desk. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. They allowed us to have a late checkout on the Sunday which meant we could have a few extra hours by the pool and time to get ready before our flight home. Lunch by the pool was pricey but really delicious! Rooms were large and clean and had full sized bath products in the bathroom. Stunning sea views and a big balcony too! We can't wait to come back!

Pool area and views where Fantastic! The staff was friendly and most of them provided great service. We upgraded to Red level and was told we where getting a better room. The room was old and in need of a remodel. It was also very hot and the maximum cold on the a/c was 22 Celsius. When we told the front desk, they sent up maintenance and the a/c maximum was now 19,5 Celsius, and still very hot. We also had tiny ants in our room on the 7th floor. Also the common areas in this hotel was very hot, like the corridor outside the rooms, restaurants and other areas. At check-out we told them that we where not to happy about the temperature in the room. We where told an excuse that our room was at the end of the hotel and the a/c couldn't reach that far!!! We where also told that we would get a better room next time! No other compensation was offered! In my opinion this is NOT a 5 star hotel! I do NOT recommend this place and we will not come back!

The rooms and the grounds are great. However, the service was slow. The dinners plates included with the half board were not impressive. Good taste can be improved.

Dog owners be ware! This hotel advertises as ā€œpet friendlyā€ but at best it is ā€œpet tolerantā€. They have very limited spaces where you can bring your pet outside of the crate. We travel with a 3 kilo well-trained, extremely white dog and it was difficult enjoy our holiday given the limited spaces where we could bring our dog without issues. They should advertise ā€œpet tolerantā€ at best. The staff was kind and friendly and often apologized for administering the property rules.

The property grounds are beautiful and well kept. As expected there is no beach near the hotel. That was the only negative. The property however is designed to allow you to jump into the sea regardless with latters they have set up or you can enter sea through a rocky cove The breakfast buffet is terrific. The food and bar facilities on the grounds are also very good but be prepared to pay for what you get and more as even the still water in the rooms if consumed are charged to you.

The view from the room and the pools was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and the property was nice. The service at the restaurant and pool I found to be very slow and no free water in the room. Paying 5 euro seemed excessive when you are spending a decent amount on the nightly hotel. We checked in early and the room wasnā€™t available so they offered us lunch at the restaurant which was very generous. Overall lovely 2 days.

Lovely short break
Lovely quiet hotel! Beautifully designed inside but retaining so much of its charm and history. Amazing sea view from our balcony. The Spa is a lovely addition and very relaxing. Staff are very attentive and happy to help. Would highly recommend.

I loved that this place had its own private beach. Compared to other hotels in the area this was in a perfect location with an awesome beach alcove which is great for people who canā€™t swim and just to lay out all day in the shallow water with the option to jump in the deep water. This hotel is very well kept and the staff is very helpful and very nice. The food in the restaurants Arels, Bardot, and Persepolis were so tasty and good. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good and the host was so nice, friendly and pleasant at all times. The only time I didnā€™t enjoy the food as much was the dinner buffet that they had one night. Thereā€™s nothing that I didnā€™t like about the hotel. Stayed here for 2wks and we had the most amazing time during our stay. I travel to different parts of the world every year but never go to the same place twice but this is one place I would definitely go back to! The People of Mallorca are very nice and we really felt comfortable and safe everywhere we went. Thereā€™s so many different areas to go and visit but I think the location of this hotel is a great location.

Visited for 4 nights/5 days on recommendation of friends, and was not disappointed, the location was ideal only 20-30 mins from the airport and the position on the coast meant that even in very hot weather there was always a nice breeze coming from the sea. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts and lunches. The staff were always polite and helpful. This is a hotel for adults and so noise levels were extremely low which allowed for total relaxation, we will definitely be returning.

Nice Hotel
We had a decent stay at the hotel. The amenities were disappointing we wanted to use the hot tub pool and sauna in the evening and everything was closed after 8 pm which is very unusual. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were amazing and the room was nice however the cleaning lady left chocolates in our room and when we returned to the hotel there were tons and tons of ants crawling all over the desk and floor.

What a Fantastic Place

The most amazing hotel and service.
The most amazing hotel and service. It's very difficult to get me to give 5 stars but this hotel deserves 6. Amazing staff,aazing views, simply perfect. Check was perfect. The woman was from Czech Republic and was sooo sweet and explained the hotel in full detail. I will definitely stay here again.
