"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance.
The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental...

"Stunning does little to describe the views from this great house! Everything was as described! Monica was extremely helpful even weeks before our arrival especially with the restrictions in place for the Olympics! She gave video instructions for entry and even provided breakfast for the stay which was so thoughtful (and delicious)! Highly recommend!"

"Pros: Everything. The appartment had everything we needed and more, everything worked as it should. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, quiet street and close to playground that you can access with a pedestrian bridge. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
