"We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. "The Ambassador Ajanta is an older property. While in some ways it looks dated, it is still a very nice hotel with great service overall. The front desk staff, especially Tasleem, were very helpful. "The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"

"清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。"
