"Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist einfach und funktional. Zum Glück ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Haus, das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind liebe, zuvorkommende Menschen. Das Problem ist, wie so oft, so mancher Mitbewohner, der/die sich wenig für die Hausordnung interessieren. Damit Alle eine angenehme Zeit verbringen können, sollte man sich entsprechend verhalten. Gut, das Problem hat man überall, ist also kein Punkt, der gegen die Unterkunft spricht. "

"Sehr schöne, super saubere FeWo. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind so ca 1 km entfernt, kann man aber gut zu Fuß bewältigen. Strand ist auch ca 1 km entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"Wenn man weiß, dass man den Schlüssel in der Agentur abholen muss, klappt es super. Schön wäre ein kleiner Stadtplan gewesen, indem man auch die Abkürzungen zum Strand (nur zu Fuß) sieht. Aber insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Malinska"

"Sehr liebe Gastgeber, aber das Preis-Leistungsniveau stimmt nicht. Minimalistische Austattung der Küche, Steckdosen in Küche + Schlafzimmer nicht benutzbar, hängen aus der Wand, Wasserkocher nicht benutzbar, weil ständig die Sicherung raussprang. Kein grosses Badhandtuch, nur 4 kleine..., 1 Küchenhandtuch, keine Reserve. Keine Waschmaschine. "Sehr" sparsame Lichtverhältnisse im Treppenhaus (Wendeltreppe)...zumal schwarze Fliesen... und im Bad und Schlafzimmer...hier fehlt ein grosser...

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Sanjins Apartment. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist herrlich, drei Supermärkte in Reichweite, schöne Strände, Konobas und Lost Place. Wir haben unsere Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht, mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool ist klasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. "

"Das Apartment ist sehr neu, sauber und in einer guten Lage. Alles ist wirklich wie auf den Bildern. Leider ist das WLAN eine Vollkatastrophe, man fliegt ständig raus und es ist sehr langsam. Der lauteste Nachbar war leider der Eigentümer selbst, welcher direkt unter einem wohnt. Wir fühlten uns leider nicht sehr willkommen und beobachtet."

"Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war perfekt. In nur 3-4 Gehminuten ist man am schönen Strand mit einer super Beachbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder👍 Am Abend kann man auf der Terrasse mit Meerbick den Abend ausklingen lassen. "
