Set in Veli Lošinj in a quiet place down a pretty stone lane yet 200 metres from little town center and 400 metres from the sea. Several beaches (rocky or pebbled) within walking distance. Several walks from the door with stunning views. A variety of restaurants within walking distance. Shop at 300 metres. Just 1 km away from tourist complex Punta, which offers a variety of services including spa, sauna, bike rental and beautiful tennis courts in red ground.
Apartment of 46 sqm, sleeps 2-4 people. On first floor of a former villa built in 1835 and completely renewed.
Accommodation details: small entrance; big kitchen/diner/lounge with induction hob, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and big wooden table plus sofa bed for two persons; bedroom with king size bed; bathroom with shower, wash basin and wc.
Facilities: all electric, bed linen, towels included. Apt is air conditioned.

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni presso questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento, ristrutturato da poco, è spazioso, arredato con gusto e completo di tutto. I proprietari, Alfio e Raffaella italiani innamorati di Lussino, sono davvero disponibili e sono pieni in informazioni sull'isola! Unico problema è la carenza di parcheggi, ma è una situazione generale in quanto Lussingrande è un paesino in stile veneziano, con calli strette e pertanto per lo più pedonale. Ma anche questo è il suo fascino. Noi comunque in pieno ferragosto, siamo sempre riusciti a trovare uno spazietto per l'auto!
