Tiziana is a great women, kind and helpful. We had a problem with our rent car and she helped us without a second thought. Definitely you need to have a car cause to get to Civenna from Bellagio is a bit hard without it. Cons: Nothing. Everything was very good."

Hotel Como

"Great hotel if a little bit away from lakeside"

Grand Hotel Tremezzo

10/10 Excellent

"This has been my dream hotel for so long! I am feeling sooo grateful that I got to stay here!! I was wowed from the very first moment I saw the hotel. I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so much. Wonderful property, beautiful suites, beautiful pool. My friends thought my pictures were fake because the property was so beautiful!!!!! THANK YOU also for the upgrade!!!!! I have never stayed at a nicer hotel! The breakfast was soooooo amazing as well and even better views!!!"

Griso Collection Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."
