"Not sure if all bathrooms the same but in ours the shower was over a spa bath,so there was a high step up to get in and a long step down to get out . Hazard for older people. Otherwise great stay."

Queen bed had very little back support as mattress sunk low when I sat on bed to lay down. Very little sleep.had, awake from the middle of the night.In room information said guests get a 10% discount on meals in restaurant but no staff knew about it and not given when purchasing my 2 courses. One staff said she couldn't catch manager to ask but confirmed by manager when our party were leaving the premises..Also on the web booking and hotel info sheet says breakfast pack available but it doesn't exist.
