"Back entrance door was broken and open for anyone to come in. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was not working. Liked the shower head. Staff was friendly. "

"The closet floor had popcorn all over it and the carpet outside of the bathroom was wet. The conditioner dispenser in the shower didn’t work. Comfortable bed though and great breakfast! "

"Upon arrival to checkin, we were not allowed to do so because of a missing master key and was a breach of security. My question I have is “ why wasn’t I notified prior to arrival”? This breach happened in the morning. I received an email to fill out early am to expedite the check-in process which I did. Totally disregard to the consumer! This had happened for the second time. Last Saturday we had confirmation for a room at Best Western plus in McDonough, Georgia and again upon arrival we didn’t have a room because they overbooked and the hotel was full and we took another hour finding another hotel room. Total chaos and obviously mismanagement in this franchise. I have learned my lesson and will not book at this franchise because of 2 strikes. I wanted you to know this happened and hopefully you can correct these errors and omissions and able to launch a more successful business in hospitality. "

"Bed and pillows were great! TV remote was TERRIBLE! Instructions for use didn’t help. Samsung remotes are not consumer friendly. Kitchen attendant was kind of rude. Juice was empty and was not fixing it."

"This property was great for a multi-generational weekend getaway. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. I cannot recommend this location and hosts enough. "
