Beautiful location
Property is in a beautiful location. The outside space is large and has fantastic lake views. Inside the property is on two levels which gives plenty of space with three double bedrooms. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Malcesine itself is a lovely place with plenty of cafes and bars. I would recommend this property.

Our stay at Lake Garda
The property was just right for us in a lovely location with a great view over Lake Garda, an ideal base for us sailing at Fraglia Vela Malcesine. The town of Malcesine itself is lively and a short, but steep, walk away. Lots to do around here including the cable car to Monte Baldo not far away and well worth the visit. Francesco is a very welcoming host.

Es war ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem wundervollen Blick auf den Gardasee.Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber.Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ein schöner Ort aber leider nicht ruhig
Wir fanden das Cottage und den Garten sehr schön und heimelig. Die Ausstattung ist normaler Standard. Die Gestaltung sehr ansprechend. Wir hätten uns das Ganze sauberer gewünscht. Die Kochutensilien waren zum Teil nicht richtig sauber und hatten Essensreste. Die Dusche hatte etwas Schimmel und war nicht gut gereinigt worden. Das eigentliche Manko ist die Lage direkt an der Strasse. Bis in die späte Nacht gab es Auto und Motorradverkehr. Wer Italien kennt weiss was das bedeutet. Da man die Adresse erst im letzten Augenblick bekommt, ist ein Google-Check nicht mehr möglich. Ein kleiner Hinweis im Exposé wäre gut gewesen. Wir finden, dafür ist die Wochenmiete zu hoch. Francesco hat uns gut und sehr freundlich betreut und immer schnell geholfen.

Ein wunderbares Feriendomicil
Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderschöne Lage am Hang mit zauberhaftem Blick auf den Gardasee und die umliegenden Berge. Haus und Garten sind großzügig angelegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Bei schönem Wetter kann man alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse genießen. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die frischen Kräuter und Zitronen aus dem Garten. Vom Ferienhaus gelangt man bergab zu Fuß in 15 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum von Malcesine, bergauf kann man bei guter Kondition zur Mittelstation der Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo wandern. Francesco ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar ist und keine Fragen offen lässt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus sowohl für Familien als auch für bis zu 6-Personengruppen Erwachsener wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwochen
Schönes Haus in toller Lage über Malcesine. Ruhig und abseits vom Trubel, aber trotzdem Strand und Altstadt schnell erreichbar. Sehr netter Vermieter!
