"This place was better than in the pictures. The location is beautiful, with the lake and mountain at your doorstep views. Super convienient to get a bus, or train, great proxity to the town, and to the cablecars. Restaurant was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The owners were onsite, and assisted with all queries and requests. They even checked on every guest dining in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and warm. Very nice family owned hotel....

"It is a self check-in accommodation. Need to check in online before arriving the property for pass code.
No elevator, but room was very spacious and well maintained. Air conditioning was not available so first the room felt hot, but it became better in the morning."
