Make yourself comfortable in the cozy rooms and enjoy the interior of this characterful house made of noble materials, which welcomes you with its warm, neat and cozy decoration. The furniture is of high quality and the original architecture ensures well-being and tranquillity. The large, cozy living room and the fully equipped fitted kitchen are the perfect place to get together with the family.



The large, private and fenced garden with different types of trees provides natural shade and the sun terrace surrounds the private swimming pool, which is protected from view. Spend lots of time outdoors and relax on the romantic sun terrace with comfortable garden furniture. A real plancha is also available so that you can prepare and enjoy your meals outdoors.



You will spend your vacation between the Ardèche and Vaucluse regions, close to the Cotes du Rhone wine route and the charming botanical village of Grignan with its Renaissance castle. You can also visit the flower-decked fortified town of Montelimar, the capital of nougat, and the historic village of Viviers, famous for its marina. The charming, listed villages of Alba la Romaine, known for its archaeological museum, are also not to be missed. Montant, a characterful medieval village built entirely from local stone, is also not to be missed on your voyage of discovery.
